We are seeking a Plant Manager to join a leader in the Commercial Laundry Industry located in Aurora, CO. This role is crucial in overseeing all daily operations of the plant, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling workflow, as well as managing standards, labor, and linen requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Motivating, inspiring, and mentoring the operations team across production, transportation, and administration functions.
- Periodically evaluating staff performance and recommending actions such as promotions, disciplinary measures, and terminations.
- Reporting needed repairs in the plant and machinery, ensuring all repairs are completed.
- Setting and running staff meetings while effectively communicating policies and procedures.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventories, and strategizing to provide superior customer service through strong sales acumen.
- Meeting or exceeding strategies and KPIs, including PPOH.
- Involvement in financial controls and acquiring data for production reports, evaluations, and daily attendance reports, as well as approving payroll.
- Conducting tests, inspections, and analyzing problems encountered, implementing corrective measures to prevent future occurrences.
- Hiring new operations employees and providing input for budget development.
- Ensuring all equipment functions properly and that safety procedures and policies are followed, with safety metrics being a top priority.

Qualifications include:
